Competitive teams at the rock

If competition is what your after, we offer several competitive options. Our USAG Junior Olympic levels 3-10 are coached by owner Patrick Thomas. Patrick is a certified National Gymnastics Coach and qualified to coach all levels of USAG JO and Xcel.  Patrick has coached several state and regional champions.  He has also had several gymnasts come in second or third nationally.  Many of his gymnasts have competed at the collegiate level including at UGA, Auburn, Iowa Sate, Penn and other universities.

Our USAG Xcel Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamonds are coached by Patrick Thomas and Jessica Smaldone. Jessica has been coaching over 20 years and is a professionally sanctioned USAG and certified AACCA coach. Jessica has coached multiple state championship teams and is qualified to coach all levels of Xcel.
