Patrick has been coaching gymnastics for over 25 years. Patrick grew up in a gymnastics gym; his mom opened Mountain Gymnastics Center in Blairsville, GA in 1986 and still runs her program today.  He has coached preschool to level 10 and has coached several gymnasts that have gone on to compete at the collegiate level. Which include; The University of Georgia, Iowa State, Cornell, Penn, University of Wisconsin, and University of Auburn. Patrick has coached in Georgia and New York and at many gymnastics camps across the country and international as well.  He holds many certifications in the sport of gymnastics including National Gymnastics Coach, which is the highest coaching certification that you can hold in the country. Patrick has coached many state and regional champions and several gymnasts who have placed in the top 2 or 3 at the national level.

Jessica is a Colorado native and is a graduate of Metro State. She has over 20 years of experience coaching Preschool through High School age children in several disciplines including gymnastics, cheer and dance.  Jessica is a professionally sanctioned USAG coach as well as an AACCA certified coach and holds many certificates in these sports. Jessica is currently studying to obtain certifications in both Youth Fitness Training and Strength and Conditioning. When not in the gym, Jessica enjoys homeschooling and spending time with her three children. 

Rhema is one of our preschool and recreational program instructors. She has a background in both competitive gymnastics and dance.
